Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working together as a team

Experience in leading a team

Several years of experience in design engineering

Experience in producing technical documentation

Knowledge of standards, guidelines and certification is an advantage

Good knowledge of sheet metal and welding processes

Good knowledge of 3D CAD, ideally Autodesk Inventor

Experience and knowledge of the requirements of series production

Enjoyment of technical challenges

A proactive personality for product optimisation

Confident use of standard Office programmes

Fluent German, spoken and written

You make a sustainable contribution to the company's success

You are responsible for managing and developing your team professionally and organisationally

You assess, coordinate and approve technical solutions

You take responsibility for creating and maintaining technical documentation

You bring innovative solutions into the products

You ensure successful project implementation in accordance with the specification

You support projects from design through to handover to sales

You train and instruct production teams at home and abroad, from prototypes through to series production start-up

You support solutions and products in our in-house test laboratory
