No, this is not a quiz show. Nevertheless, Serge’s knowledge is put to the test every day with questions about fireplaces, chimneys and stoves. Since 1993, he has worked at Rüegg and, as a Technical Service Specialist, looks after complex questions and problems that reach him via customer service or partner companies. For customers, that is a real blessing: although they think they have already tried everything and can see little hope left, Serge almost always finds the right solution to the problem.
His knowledge continues in his spare time too, albeit in an enjoyable sense: Serge puts “Savoir Vivre” into practice. Over a fine coffee with friends, on a relaxing walk in the woods or simply at home on the terrace, he enjoys every minute and, for the moment, simply lets problems be problems.
The small successes are the most important: finding the right solution and feeling the customer’s satisfaction.
