1. Data collected

When collecting and processing personal data, we comply with the legal requirements of the applicable data protection laws. The legal basis is Article 13 paragraph 1 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) or, where applicable, Article 6 paragraph 1(b) and (f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

1.2 Contacting us and contact form

If you contact us via the email addresses provided or using the contact form provided, we will always treat the data you submit in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions. The data you provide will be used solely to process your enquiry. The transmission of your data via our contact form is encrypted (SSL certificate).

2. Applications

You can submit your application for a position with us via the specified email address or the relevant web form. The application documents are treated by us in strict confidence, are not disclosed to any third party and are processed only with regard to filling the position for which you have applied. Unless you expressly consent otherwise, the (electronic) application file will be deleted/destroyed after the application process has been completed, insofar as it is not subject to a legal retention obligation.

3. Web shop and portal

To use certain services and offers on our websites, registration and, if applicable, the creation of a user account via the relevant registration form are required. Mandatory information required for the processing of the offer is marked separately; further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide in order to enable you to use the respective service.

4. Cookies

5. Web tracking

Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transmitted in anonymised form to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Thanks to anonymisation, this data cannot be assigned to any specific person. 6. Google Maps

We use a plug-in from the Google Maps internet service on our websites. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc. By using Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored on that server. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the transmitted data, nor of its use by Google. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where third parties process this data on Google's behalf. If you disable JavaScript in your browser, you will prevent Google Maps from being executed. However, you will then also be unable to use map display on our website. 7. Social media plug-ins and tools

We currently use the social media plug-ins and tools listed in the following table. When visiting our websites, the data mentioned under section 1.1 of this privacy policy may be transmitted to the plug-in providers without further action. The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation or Article 13 paragraph 1 of the FADP.

We have no influence over the data collected or the data processing operations of the plug-in providers. These are subject to the respective privacy policies of the third-party providers. We also use link buttons to various social media services such as Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus and YouTube. These link buttons are recognisable as icons of the various services. By clicking the link buttons, you will be taken to the third-party websites and leave our website. The respective data protection provisions of the third-party websites apply, over which we have no control and for which we accept no liability. No data is transmitted to the third party unless you click on a link button.

8. Newsletter

With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current offers of interest. To register for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, we send you an email to the address provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. The only mandatory information required to send the newsletter is your email address, which we store after registration. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation or Article 13 paragraph 1 of the FADP.

You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Furthermore, within the context of your user or contractual relationship, we may send you our newsletter.
